Affiliate Agreement -
Terms, Conditions and Acceptable Use

You must read, agree to, and accept the terms and conditions contained in this user agreement before you may participate in our affiliate program.

Spam

We do not accept any traffic from spam, this includes unsolicited bulk emailing, and IM spamming (icq etc.). Any affiliate spamming will be cancelled and all earnings will be revoked. Please contact us with details before sending any optin campaigns.

Payment

Cut Price Pills Inc.  will send payment via PayPal, Epassporte, Stormpay or wire for the applicable commissions every monday, with no holdback. Please email us your wire information. Minimum payments are $100 or $1000 for wire payments. We do not charge any fees to send wires, unless they are under $1000. Any affiliate who doesn't make the minimum, will be carried over until the minimum has been reached unless payment has been requested. We will never deduct any orders from your sales, for returns, refunds, charge backs etc. We pay all these from our own pockets. The commission rates are 30% of the total sales amount and 10% of all your referrals sales.

Customers

Customers who purchase products and services through the Affiliate Program will be deemed to be customers of Cut Price Pills Inc. Accordingly, all Cut Price Pills Inc rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders and service will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time. Prices and availability of our products and services may vary from time to time. Cut Price Pills Inc policies will always determine the price paid by the customer.

Termination

Cut Price Pills Inc. reserves the right not to accept any site into the Affiliate Program based on any reason we choose. We also have the right to terminate any Affiliate we choose for whatever reason. In such circumstances the affiliate will be paid upto the date of account cancellation, unless they were committing fraud, and in that case there details will be passed to appropriate Authorities, and all earnings voided.

Relationship of Parties

Cut Price Pills Inc. and the affiliate are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict this statement.

No Warranties

Cut Price Pills Inc. makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied,with respect to the affiliate program. Cut Price Pills Inc is not be responsible for damages suffered by any customer, including incidental damages or lost profits. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non deliveries, misdeliveries, system failures or service interruptions caused by any source whatsoever. Cut Price Pills Inc. makes no representation that the operation of our site or the Affiliate Sites will be uninterrupted or error free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. All content in the Cut Price Pills Inc. software and affiliate program is provided to you "as is" without warranty of any kind either express or implied including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose, title, non infringement, security or accuracy.
